  Psychosocial aspects of chronic epilepsy and its treatment
  Predicting outcome of epilepsy surgery
  Adjusting to newly diagnosed epilepsy
  Outcome following treatment of narcolepsy, cardiac disease, cerebral aneurysm
  Structural/functional neuroimaging of auditory cognition, musical ability, the regulation of mood, sexual behaviour
  Neuropsychology of music perception and cognition, amusia
  Genetic and environmental determinants of brain plasticity and cognitive skill development, musical expertise, perfect pitch
  Williams Syndrome

1999 IBE-SPACE Prize. This inaugural prize was sponsored by the International Bureau of Epilepsy and Sanofi-Synthelabo for Assessing Costs in Epilepsy.
1997-1999 Post-doctoral Epilepsy Fellow, Comprehensive Epilepsy Program (Awarded by GlaxoSmithKline, Australia).
1992-1995 Australian Post-graduate Research Award.
